Switch between DDEC III-IV and DDEC V metafiles for DDCT.
YOU MUST USE THE MOST COMMON NAMES FOR METAFILES FOLDERS
DDEC III & IV Folder name: ddec3-4_met3and4
DDEC V Folder name: ddec 5_met5
